My 2013 XLT radio/climate control manual buttons do not work. Touch screen and steering wheel controls work fine, but the manual buttons do not. They all light up but have zero response when pushed. Don't do anything yet. While hte truck is running, flip your lights to automatic then all the way over to on (manual) on the right, then back all the way to the left. Should fix it right away. Then press the driver's side climate control button and the A/C. The message says that communication was lost with the climate control system. So it is either the climate module or the cable with the Canbus signals feeding that module is intermittent. ...
