Brand new. Came today. Took 2 dabs, let it charge. Opened the app to try to take a dab. Connected it via Bluetooth & it said something about updating. The device turned off and now won’t power on. Just a black screen. After trying about 40 times to turn it on it randomly turned on while sitting on a charger.
