UWorld Rationales however teach the best. Kaplan, imo trains people better with SATA questions. Archer however has the best "nclex-like" vague questions. Note that nclex questions will be super super vague - but don't let that scare you because the answer is there. Uworld gives a lot of patient information in their questions and the ones I had on the nclex did not. I took my NCLEX and passed using uWorld and Nurse achieve. On my quizzes, I got from 50-70%, with an average in the low to mid 60%. I had just taken my second attempt on May 2nd. I waited about 4 hours and tried the trick and received the "bad pop-up".
