Yep. There are times that greens won't work at 100% because iron or copper are lacking (second line of copper is not added until structurals). My smelting is not enough to supply the full factory working at 100%. There are 10 green circuits assemblers (*.75 [mk2] *.7[prod mods] / .5 [recipe time]) makes 10.5 iron plate per second (out of 15).

Basically all the normal things that Factorio is known for, I just threw it out the windows. -- I used the "Island" Terran setting with the size set to 75%, Trees at 17%, Starting Area at 600%, no cliffs. I maxed out all the Resources but left everything else alone in the settings. Then I just previewed until I found my little slice of heaven.
