No, if you turn the test around you can see plastic lines in the back. Exactly underneath the test line. So when you shine the light underneath, you can see it shining through. It’s the indent line where the antibody’s are placed that you see when looking at it from the front (other pictures) . It’s a white line and it always shows up.
