I have not tried the PVT, I cannot find calm within me. I felt like the questions were so vague. Lots of pediatrics, cardiac and a few endocrine. I listened to beautiful nursing, mark and ... I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck! I Passed my NCLEX-RN last april 24, 2024 using 6 weeks study plan by Archer! I subscribed to surepass combo and it helped me a lot. My computer shut off at 85 questions.
