With new pump, i have good pressure. I also replaced the fuel line from the pump to the filter. Bled air from line and filter and tractor started right up.If the fuse is OK, check that you have 12 volts to the pump with the key on. I have seen some of these pumps go bad and the engine would still run OK until you try to change the filter, then you can't get it bled out.
