Uhhhhh I found BG3 way faster than Divinity because here everyone acts at the same time (most of the time). For example, in Divinity if Party member 1 and 2 acted together in the turn order, I had to go through party member 1 and then 2. Here, same example, I can select party member 2 and then 1 if I want.
