Immediately it said it needed to be “verified by a human” but was still letting my schedule. 20 minutes later I got this email. Zero explanation. Contacted dd on twitter asking why my membership was going to end on November 13th and not on the 30th of November. They didn't really explain much but told me they couldn't refund me my $9.99 due to me using dashpass that month Which is not true.
