The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. Most of the jets were clear but I still used music wire and air to clear any blockages. Put carb back on nothing whats weird is if I put the fuel selector to the on position no fuel runs to the carb but if I put it on PRI on either side it will put fuel to the carb.
