Now, if you can afford all the best in bottom end parts, then this may not seem big. The advantage of mopar 383/400 vs 383/408 stroker would be bigger bore size for better breathing and better rod ratios for less friction (hp/wear). Plus can be taking up to a way higher powerband (hp) if wanting to over stroker small block.
