I use teflon tape in Elite/Extreme shooting BH209. FWIW, I get better accuracy out of a MK85 using T7 than when I installed the 209 conversion kit and used BH209. Plus the blow back seemed to be less using the #11 cap.

I removed the breech plug with a drift punch and careful taps. The slots are in good condition. I did not try to remove the nipple because the nipple and plug looks like it might be one piece.

This o-ring is about .040" thick.
