To me I think it's a government facility that may actually contain secrets underground. The back of the building has an elevator that cannot be used (at the moment) and that might potentially be where all the secret stuff there is. But for now it's basically an office building with an absurd number of both normal and occasionally military zombies.The first map Snake made, the military complex is a very post-apocalyptic base filled with great new custom graphics (body bags, US Army crates and boxes, new graffiti) and lots of cool loot including Alice backpacks and new weapon parts from the other mods in the pack. The complex includes barracks, an overrun hospital, and an airfield.The journey there is difficult and looting is another as the place is as infested as mall. Imagine clearing the place out slowly just to find little amount of ammos and weapons. I doubt M16 even spawn there.
